Sweetened Alphonso Pulp

Alphonso Mango is often referred to as the king of mangoes because of its taste and color. These fruits approximately weigh between 150gm and 300gm each. It is also one of the most expensive kinds of mango and is grown mainly in South and Central part of India. This variety of mango is known to contain nutrients, such as vitamins A, C & D. Some of these vitamins, potassium and fiber and antioxidant enzymes help to increase the resistance power in the body.

Product Description:

Mango pulp is extracted from sorted sound naturally ripened, washed fruits by Mechanical process. Screening and separation is performed to make pulp free from particles, Impurities. Subsequent processing to make Commercial sterilization to ensure safety & composition is as per international food safety and standards. Overall processing is done by maintaining strict hygienic conditions throughout the processing line. We are specialized in manufacturing Alphonso Mango pulp (Natural/Sweetened) as per the customer requirements in 850GM cans.

USAGES:

  • Bakery & Confectionaries: Toppings & Fillings in Fruit breads, cakes, tarts, muffins, pie filings, icings, fruit bars, Fruit toffees etc
  • Beverages: Juice, Nectar, Fruit drink, fruit drink cocktails
  • Dairy: Milkshakes, Ice creams, yoghurts, toppings, desserts.
  • Baby foods: Cereals, Juices, strained fruit, fruit drinks
  • Other foods: Fruit juices, jams, Mixed fruit juices jellies, strained fruit drinks, Squashes etc.

Loadability:

  • Aseptic: 80 drums per 20 ft container palletized or unpalletized.
  • Cans: 6 x 3.1kgs A-10 cans in one carton and 1000 cartons in 20 ft container.
